Appointments

You can book an appointments booked at Eastgate Medical Centre online or through our Appointment page with by calling our clinic. If you need more time please call directly to discus the reason for your visit so that we may book the appropriate amount of time for you.

Our physicians are only able to address 2 problems per visit. If you have multiple complaints you will be asked to book another appointment.

Appointment Cancellations & No Shows

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, however, in the event of an unforeseen emergency this may be waived. There are many other patients waiting for appointments and failure to cancel will result in a missed appointment charge.

Lab Results

Our Clinic policy is not to provide lab results over the telephone. Please make an appointment with your physician to discuss lab results. You will only be contacted by our office to come in for an appointment if your lab results were abnormal.
Our staff are unable to interpret lab results and will not comment when asked. Please also understand that it can take up to 14 days for our office to receive results back from various lab/hospitals.

Parking

We have large and free parking in front of the clinic.

Prescription Refills

No prescription refills will be given over the phone. Please make an appointment with your physician. Certain medications require monitoring and it is up to your physician to decide when you need to be seen for a refill.
